I teach pole and train clients who think they can't do a pull-up until they can. Spent last Sunday reorganizing my entire kitchen by color and yes I know how that sounds. My diet is mostly chicken breast and broccoli and my evenings are mostly spent reading after a long day. Be worth my time.
